Used inside a disposable and plastic pants, these thick pads produce the feeling of wearing and using a terry cloth diaper without the inconvenience of a full-size terry . Once wet, they are almost certain to make the wearer waddle. I was able to enjoy watching my 'little' waddling almost from the start. Kept unchanged for several hours, a single pad absorbed a surprising amount before beginning to soak the containing disposable. Be sure to wash without fabric softener and before first use. Have ordered some more and will be using two boosters next time as my 'little' is often a really copious wetter!
